terrible book for a first time pathophysiology class. Now I took anatomy and physiology classes before, so I had a lot of background knowledge but this book is so hard to read. It is much too advanced for a beginner patho level. Was very hard to read and could barely comprehend due to the writing and word choice. If you need this for class then you really have no choice, but if you do have a choice, go with a different book.

I took all my A&P classes and now I'm taking a patho class. This book goes into good detail in some pathologies, and is lacking in others, but overall, I love detail so this book was pretty decent. I'm not sure why this book got such low ratings, as I think the information is really good, and this is coming from someone who owns 4 other massive pathology books. Pair this book with google/research on your own when things are unclear and you'll be fine!4 stars only because for some reason my book came smelling like cats/cat pee.

Returned this book with pleasure in less than a month of reading. My Anatomy and Physiology book covered pathophysiology much better than this book. I felt this book's detail of the subject was lacking. This book is easy to read, interesting, and provides ample visuals. My expectations regarding detailed content significantly exceeded what the book provided. Also: If you're interested in linear graphs regarding physiological pathways, this book is great for that. I do not care for linear graphs. I did preview the book on Amazon before purchasing. However, one cannot gather significant evidence that more complex topics will be explained in a desirable manner if one cannot look past chapter one. This book may work for you, but not for me.

I love all things micro and deeper, but for this class, this book just goes too deep into details and it makes the reading soooo long. You really don't have to know all of what is written and the style of writing is really dry.

This book was optional for my nursing class. I highly recommend buying it! It's explains patho a lot more clearly than some other books we're "required" to have.

This is a great book to read if you haven’t taken A&P I&II, Microbiology and Chemistry for a few years. Book arrived in a box and not damaged. Arrived on time. Thank you.

Book looks FLAWLESS. I was honestly not expecting what I got. I was thinking I’d get a pretty beat up one, that maybe had coffee stains and markings. But OMG, the item was spectacular and the delivery was right on spot. And above all, it was cheap(emphasis on cheap😁🙂). Thank you🙌🏾🙌🏾
